01 — The Network

LVRX is not a transportation company. We are a premium concierge communications and networking platform — a dark-lane connector between those who move and those who need to be moved. We architect the link between Riders and elite independent transportation professionals (Drivers). The ride is theirs. The network is ours.

02 — Independent Operators

Every Driver within the LVRX network operates as a fully independent contractor — sovereign over their vehicle, their route, and their craft. They are not employees, agents, or extensions of LVRX. They are professionals who chose to plug into our grid. We vouch for the connection. They own the execution.

03 — Limitation of Liability

LVRX functions exclusively as an intermediary — a broker between demand and supply in the transportation space. We do not assume liability for the physical transportation services rendered. All agreements governing the ride itself are strictly between the Rider and the independent Driver. LVRX bears no responsibility for delays, damages, property loss, or incidents occurring before, during, or after the provision of transportation services.

04 — Assumption of Risk

LVRX curates connections with vetted, reputable transportation professionals. However, Riders acknowledge that all third-party services are utilized at their own discretion and risk. You are responsible for your own judgment. We give you access to the network — how you move through it is on you.
