Event Ticket & Pass Terms and Conditions.

1. Independent Secondary Marketplace Disclosure

LVRX operates as an independent secondary marketplace and ticket broker. LVRX is not the event producer, organizer, promoter, or venue. We are not affiliated with any performers, sports teams, production companies, or primary ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS). By purchasing through LVRX, you acknowledge that you are buying from a secondary source and that the price paid may be higher or lower than the original "face value" printed on the ticket.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through LVRX are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event.

3. Event Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations: In the event of a total cancellation where the event is not rescheduled, the responsibility for refunds lies with the original production company or venue. LVRX is not liable for the return of funds due to producer-led cancellations.

Postponements: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.

Incidental Expenses: LVRX is not responsible for travel, lodging, or any other incidental costs incurred by the buyer due to event changes.

4. Digital Ticket Transfers (Manual Process)

Most digital tickets are processed through manual transfer.

Transfer Method: Tickets will be sent to the email address provided during checkout via the primary ticketing platform's transfer system.

Timeline: While we strive for rapid delivery, please allow for a manual processing window of 24–48 hours.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to accept the transfer within the timeframe required by the primary ticket provider. LVRX is not responsible for tickets that expire or remain unaccepted in the buyer's inbox or spam folder.

5. Physical Passes and Shipping (FedEx)

For physical passes or wristbands, LVRX offers various shipping tiers via FedEx.

Shipping Preference: The customer must select their preferred FedEx shipping method at checkout.

Liability: Once a package is scanned into the FedEx system, LVRX is no longer liable for delays, lost packages, or theft. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes signature confirmation for high-value passes.

Address Accuracy: Tickets will be shipped to the exact address provided. LVRX is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LVRX's total liability to the buyer exceed the total purchase price of the ticket(s) in question.
